| HISTORY | This vehicle was new to Southdown Motor Services as number 786 in December 1956. One of over 100 basically similar vehicles delivered to Southdown in the 1950s, it is the only survivor of ten Beadle-bodied examples. Recovered in poor condition from France in 1997 by Eric Stobart, it has been fully restored, and appears frequently at south coast bus rallies. |
